Organizing Committee Guidelines

Role of the Committee:

  1. Suggesting tracks for the conference as per the current trends in pharmaceuticals and nanotechnology and that may grab the attention of scientific community.
  2. Reviewing the abstracts for the conference. For reviewing abstract, we will place your name under abstract selection committee.
  3. Spreading the word about the conference among your friends and community through available platforms like email, social media etc.
  4. Notify us for any improvement in website or modification of theme and topics
  5. Introducing us with your company contacts who may be interested to exhibit/ sponsor at our conference
  6. By accepting for organizing committee member you agree us to provide the permission to use your photograph, biography and University/Organization logo on Innovation Info Conferences websites.
  7. Your electronic signature is required for sending the formal invitation letter and for welcome message.
  8. Providing us a welcome note for the conference with your signature below.

What the Committee Needs to Know:

  1. Opportunity to be a keynote speaker at the conference
  2. Opportunity to be a chair/co-chair for the sessions
  3. Opportunity to organize a workshop during the conference on the topic of your choice
  4. Networking with scientific community
  5. Poster judge for the conference
  6. Opportunity to lead the conference as moderator
  7. If you are a group leader and a group of 10 people registers for the conference on your recommendation, 50% registration fee will be waived for your participation.
  8. Opportunity to become an Editorial Board Member for the related Journal.
  9. By accepting for organizing committee member you agree us to provide the permission to use your photograph, biography and University/Organization logo on Innovation Info Conferences websites and for all conference related purposes.
